Job Summary – Business Analyst Veeva

Our team is looking for a Veeva RIM and Veeva SafetyDocs Business analyst with publishing tools such as PleaseReview Lorenz Docubridge and ISI Toolbox with strong life science experience.

Responsibilities – Business Analyst Veeva

1. Manage Veeva user administration and support ensuring smooth access and functionality for users.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and optimize REST API endpoints develop efficient VQL queries and maintain optimal system performance by considering API burst limits.
3. Provision and troubleshoot issues related to PleaseReview ensuring timely resolutions and conducting training sessions for business and end users to enhance productivity.
4. Configure troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ISI Toolbox in a timely manner.
5. Maintain effective communication with key business stakeholders ensuring swift issue resolution and system support.
6. Quarterly releases by testing new features assessing potential impacts and guiding users through new functionalities.

Veeva Certification highly preferred.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $60,325 to $109,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
