CRM Solution Architect

• As a CRM Solution Architect, you will make an impact by leading and managing Salesforce projects within the Medical Devices domain. You will be a valued member of the Salesforce project team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and project managers.

  In this role, you will:

  · – Lead the planning and execution of Salesforce projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

  · – Oversee the migration and integration of Salesforce data ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

  · – Manage Salesforce configuration and customization to meet the unique needs of the Medical Devices domain.

  · – Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless Salesforce community implementations.

  · – Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  What you need to have to be considered:

  · – Demonstrate proficiency in project planning and management within the Medical Devices domain.

  · – Exhibit strong technical skills in Salesforce data migration and integration.

  · – Possess expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization.

  · – Have experience with Salesforce communities and their implementation

  · – Show excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.

  · – Display a strong understanding of the Medical Devices industry and its regulatory requirements.

  · – Experience in facilitating project meetings and workshops to drive alignment and decision-making.

  · – Ability to identify and mitigate project risks ensuring successful project outcomes.

  · – Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of Salesforce solutions.

  · – Contribute to the company’s mission by enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of Salesforce operations.

  The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 – $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
